Every plate is laser-engraved to order in Japan; you can preview the finished design in the web simulator and approve a design proof by email before engraving. - English site: https://harutake.com/en/ - Wood: Keyaki (Japanese zelkova), Walnut, Hard Maple, Cherry - Engraving: laser engraving, finished as "laser only", "black-filled" or "white-filled". Coated with glass coating - Mounting: standard plates (approx. 25mm thick) have one keyhole slot on the back (one screw included). Thin plates (11mm: Plate, Simple) are attached with strong double-sided tape (tape not included) - Placement: a spot sheltered from direct rain and direct sunlight is recommended; direct sunlight gradually fades the wood - Lead time: made-to-order nameplates ship in about 5–10 business days after the order (3–5 business days after the design is approved). Delivery abroad takes about 7–14 business days after shipping - International shipping: Japan Post "International ePacket" (tracked air mail) to Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout (max 2kg per parcel). Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient - Cancellation: possible until production starts.
